Paris Hilton sued for $35M for wearing wrong hair(: what do you think

LOS ANGELES - Paris Hilton was sued Wednesday for allegedly wearing someone else's hair.

A company that manufactures hair extensions claimed the 29-year-old socialite breached her contract to wear and promote their product when she sported the fake locks of a competitor in 2008.

Hairtech International Inc. is seeking $35 million in damages — 10 times what she was apparently paid under the contract. The fraud and breach-of-contract suit cites the heiress' partying as contrary to Hairtech's marketing campaign.
The filing also claims Hilton missed a launch party for the hair extension line because she was serving a stint in jail in 2007. Hilton served 23 days in 2007 after she was caught driving twice on a suspended license while on probation for reckless driving.

The filing states the company's lost $6.6 million on the launch party alone, although a jury or judge will have to decide whether Hilton owes any money if the case goes to trial.
Phone and e-mail messages to Hilton's publicist Dawn Miller were not immediately returned Wednesday.
The case isn't the first time Hilton's role as a pitchwoman has gotten her sued.
The producers of the film "Pledge This!" sued Hilton in 2008 in federal court in Miami, claiming she didn't properly promote the film. A judge ruled last year that she didn't owe the roughly $8.3 million it cost to the make the film, which played in fewer than two dozen theaters.
The court is still deciding how much, if any, of Hilton's $1 million fee for "Pledge This!" she may have to return to filmmakers.

How to apply liquid eyeliner :P

Step 1 Choose an eyeliner appropriate for your eye color. Brown, navy and charcoal accent light eyes well, while brown and plum shades flatter brown eyes. Make sure your liner complements the color of your shadow.

Step 2

Consider the type of look you're after. Pencil eyeliner gives your eyes soft definition, while liquid versions offer precision and drama. You can also moisten dark eye shadow and apply it with a small, flat brush.

Step 3

Prepare a cake liner or a dark eye shadow by applying a small amount of water to your brush. Or, if you're using a pencil eyeliner, ensure that you've sharpened the pencil adequately.

Step 4

Move the wet brush gently through your cake liner or dark shadow. Hold the brush or pencil as you would hold a pen.

Step 5

Tilt your head back slightly and bring your eyes to a half-open state. This creates a good angle for application, while allowing you to see what you're doing.

Step 6

Draw a line across the upper lid just above the lashes, from the inside corner to the outside corner of the eye. If you're using liquid liner, allow it to dry before opening your eyes all the way, or the color may transfer into the crease of your eye.

Step 7

If you used a brush or a pencil, soften the look by gently smudging the line with your brush, a cotton swab or your finger.

Step 8

Line the lower lids. Moving from the outside edge inward, draw a line on the outer two-thirds of the lid or more, depending on the look you're going for. Your line should be slightly thicker at the outside corner, becoming thinner as it moves in toward your nose. Using your brush or pencil, lightly stroke the area. If using a liquid liner, apply it in one smooth stroke. Apply less color so your eyes don't appear raccoonlike.

Desperate Housewives’ star John Barrowman wants Jake Gyllenhaal to play him in the film of his life.

The actor, who portrays Patrick Logan in the US TV series, thinks the Hollywood heartthrob would be the perfect candidate if a biopic about him got the green light.
He said, “I would like to think Jake Gyllenhaal would be a good choice. It’s too obvious to say Tom Cruise because people say we look alike.”

Although John isn’t keen on Tom portraying him on the big screen the 43-year-old actor would like to play the ‘Knight and Day’ star’s brother in a film.

1. Practice good hygiene. Brush your teeth and tongue twice per day; also, take a bath/shower once a day, every day! Always wash your face.

Eyeliner is purely optional. Just remember to never get stuck in the black eyeliner rut; experiment with colors. Navy blue looks amazing with any skintone.
True Barbie girls never forget blush! Make sure its a natural color (pinks, reds, maroons); Bronzes, browns, and golds always look good on black skin tones and make fairer skin look tan. Soft sultry full lips pull the look altogether.

Chapsticks and lip balms are fine as long as they have a little shine in them. Lightly tinted lipgloss is fine also, as long as you change the color out after 5 for an evening look.
